Prayer
I have always thought the music to the Lord's Prayer was so beautiful and of course the words are very special. The music is so somber and the terminology arcane so on 1997-10-04 I revised it.
The music is not finished. It has kind of a pop reggae beat.
The disciples asked Jesus
Teach us how to pray
Jesus told the disciples
This is what to say
Our Creator in Heaven
Holy is Your name
Your peace prevail, truth unveiled
On earth like Heaven.
Give us each day what we need
Forgive us our sins
As we forgive those whose sin
is done against us
Lead away from temptation
Save us from evil
Your peace, the truth, and Beauty
Will be forever
